Required products :

  • 150 grams of cauliflower
  • 50 ml liquid cream (fat content 20%)
  • 50 milliliters of fresh milk (fat content 2.5%)
  • 180 grams of white chocolate
  • 25 grams of sugar
  • 8 grams of vanilla sugar
  • 30 grams of butter
  • 20 roasted almonds
  • 230 grams of coconut shavings

Method of preparation :

Divide the cabbage into inflorescences, which you grind with your hands to get fine crumbs. Stew them on low heat in milk and cream for about 20 minutes.

When you remove the pan from the heat, grind its contents until smooth and add the two types of sugar, melted chocolate, soft butter and coconut shavings.

Stir, cover the mixture with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Then shape the candies as follows: put 1 tablespoon of the vegetable-chocolate dough on your palm, flatten, place an almond in the middle and make a ball. Roll in coconut shavings.

Do the same with the other products.

Enjoy your meal!
