Divide the cabbage into inflorescences, which you grind with your hands to get fine crumbs. Stew them on low heat in milk and cream for about 20 minutes.

Stir, cover the mixture with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Then shape the candies as follows: put 1 tablespoon of the vegetable-chocolate dough on your palm, flatten, place an almond in the middle and make a ball. Roll in coconut shavings.
