How To Cook Cauliflower, Carrot And Nut Meatballs - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Meatballs of cauliflower, carrots and nuts". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

 

  • 2 boiled carrots
  • 500 grams of cauliflower, divided
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • half a head of onion, finely chopped
  • fresh coriander
  • salt and breadcrumbs
  • 100 grams of raisins
  • 100 grams of ground nuts of your choice
  • 20 grams of sesame seeds
  • parsley
  • 1-2 eggs

 

Method of preparation:

 

Boil the cauliflower, add the carrots and mash with a press while still warm. Add chopped garlic, onion, coriander, parsley, raisins, nuts, sesame seeds and eggs.

Knead well and form meatballs. Roll each in breadcrumbs, heat oil and fry on both sides. Turn carefully, and when ready, drain and serve with a garnish of your choice.
