How To Cook Cauliflower Cream Soup With Cheddar Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small lump of butter
  • 1 large head of cauliflower (900 grams), roses
  • 1 potato
  • 700 milliliters of vegetable broth
  • 400 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 100 grams of cheddar, cut into cubes

Method of preparation :


Stew the onion in the oil for 5 minutes until soft. Add the cauliflower potatoes (peeled and sliced), broth, milk and season. Cook for 30 minutes until the vegetables are completely soft.

Blend the soup with a metal blender.
Serve the cream soup with a few cubes of yellow cheddar, stir to melt the cheese and eat with toast.
