Required products :

600 grams of cauliflower
2 eggs
5 tablespoons flour
60 grams of flour
100 milliliters of soft beer
2 tablespoons oil
spices

Method of preparation :

Divide the cabbage into roses. Beat the eggs (it is not necessary to turn them into foam) and add the oil, beer, put the spices and beat again.

Then gradually add the flour, pouring a little of it and stirring quickly so as not to form lumps.
