Required products :
1 head of cauliflower
80 - 100 grams of butter
200 milliliters of cream
3 tablespoons flour
300 grams of yellow cheese
breadcrumbs
spices: salt, pepper, curry, nutmeg
Method of preparation :
Divide the cabbage into small "bouquets", wash them and put in boiling salted water for a few minutes. Then move on to making the sauce. Take a small saucepan and put in it about 30 grams of butter and flour (flour should mix well with butter). Add the cream and grated yellow cheese. Stir constantly until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Remove the cauliflower from the boiling water and put it in the sauce. Stir gently.
Take a form in which you will bake the dish, grease it with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour together with the sauce, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, put the remaining butter, cut into pieces and spices. Place in the oven to bake for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees. The dish is ready.
