Required products :
350 grams of frozen or fresh cauliflower
1/2 teaspoon rice
1 onion (salad)
1 apple (sour)
2 tablespoons parsley (chopped)
1 tablespoon dill (chopped)
2 tablespoons vinegar (wine)
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 / 4 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
black pepper and salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Divide the cauliflower into inflorescences, boil in salted water for 10 minutes and then drain with a colander.
Boil the rice by adding salt and turmeric to the water to turn the grains yellow.
Meanwhile, chop the green spices and onion.
In a separate bowl, mix the wine vinegar with the olive oil, paprika and sugar.
Cut the apple into thin slices.
It remains to mix in the salad bowl cabbage, onions, green spices, rice and apple slices.
Season with the dressing and let the salad stand for about 20 minutes to combine all the flavors and aromas.
