How To Cook Cauliflower Tortillas - Recipe

Ingredients:

 

  • 4 teaspoons cauliflower roses 
  • 1 3/4 teaspoons grated cheddar 
  • 1 whole egg + 1 egg white 
  • 1 teaspoon tapioca flour 
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt 


Preparation:
Turn the oven to 200 degrees.
Grind the cauliflower until you get pieces as big as rice grains. Add the cheddar, eggs, tapioca, garlic, salt and pepper. Combine with a few pulsations of the food processor to make a homogeneous mixture (if you do not have a robot, you can grate the cauliflower and mix with a spatula with the other products).

Put about 1/4 cup of tea from the combination of piles with a large distance from each other in a tray lined with paper.
Cover the cauliflower balls with the second sheet of paper and press with your hands to get thin loaves.

Carefully peel off the top sheet of baking paper and, if necessary, lightly shape the edges of the loaves to get a more correct.


Bake for 20 minutes until lightly browned.
Turn the loaves over and bake for another 5 minutes.
Cool and serve with an additive if desired.

* The loaves they should not be too thin as they will tear. Their thickness should be about 7 millimeters, up to 1 centimeter.
