Required products :

  • 600 grams of cauliflower / cauliflower
  • 230 grams of raw sweet red peppers
  • 150 grams of dried chickpeas
  • 30 grams of ginger root
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds (whole)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 20 milliliters of vegetable fat
  • 50 milliliters of soy sauce

 

Method of preparation :

Pour the chickpeas into a bowl of water (at room temperature) and leave to soak overnight. The liquid should cover with about 2 centimeters the nipples, which in the morning will have absorbed the water, will have swelled and softened.

Rinse them and boil (for about 20-30 minutes).

 

Divide the cauliflower into roses.

 

Cut the peppers into cubes.

 

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.

After 30 seconds, pour the cabbage and fry for 5 minutes, stirring several times during this time.

 

Add the peppers and ginger, stir.

Stir the products, close them with a lid and let them simmer for 5 minutes on medium heat.

Then remove the lid, turn off the stove and leave the dish on it for another 3 minutes.

 

The dish is ready. It goes well with cooked rice.
