How To Cook Cauliflower With Chickpeas, Garlic And Curry - Recipe

Required products :

  • 300 grams of frozen cauliflower
  • 1 onion
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 200 grams of cooked chickpeas
  • dill or parsley
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • olive oil and salt

 

Method of preparation :

Pour chickpeas for 8-10 hours with water, which then drain, rinse the beans and boil them until fully cooked.

Cut the cauliflower into small pieces, put in a pan, fill with water and place on the stove. When the liquid boils, add the chickpeas to the dish, also add the chopped garlic and onion, curry and olive oil at your discretion.

If necessary, add salt and stew the products under a lid for about 15 minutes (or until ready).

The dish can be served alone or as a side dish.
