How To Cook Cauliflower With Potatoes, Chicken And Garlic In The Sleeve - Recipe

Required products :

  • 700 grams of chicken legs
  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1 carrot
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • spices to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Peel the potatoes, cut the carrots into circles, divide the cauliflower into inflorescences and mix the products. To them add two chopped garlic cloves, spices, oil and stir.

Pour the vegetables into a cooking sleeve.

Rub the legs with the remaining garlic (crushed) and add them to the other products in the sleeve, the ends of which tie.

Bake for 45 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees. Then cut the sleeve and let the dish cook until it turns red.

Then sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and serve.
