Arrange the vegetables between two trays, pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper. Stir and bake for 20 minutes at 220 degrees.
Transfer the vegetables from one pan to the others and sprinkle with feta cheese.
Put the pumpkin seeds in the empty pan, add the cauliflower, turmeric, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, half a tablespoon of salt and season with pepper. Stir.
Put the two pans back in the oven and bake until the potatoes are browned and the pumpkin seeds are roasted - about 7-10 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix the chickpeas, coriander, minced bark and salt, the remaining olive oil and salt and pepper.
When the vegetables are roasted, serve with avocado and lime in each portion.
