Required products :

  • 1 kg of celery, cut into cubes
  • 4 small garlic cloves, peeled
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon cooking cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon butter

Method of preparation:

Put the cubes of celery and garlic in a saucepan, add water to cover them. Put 2 tablespoons of salt and let the vegetables cook for 12-15 minutes until soft. Strain.

Put the celery, butter and cream in a food processor with an S-shaped knife and grind until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

Garnish with melted butter and celery leaves, if desired.
