Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
Peel a celery, cut it into large pieces, put them in a saucepan and pour cold water so that it does not completely cover the root.
Put the pot on high heat, bring the water to a boil, add salt and cook the celery until soft (about 50 minutes).
Finely chop the lard, pour into a large skillet with a thick bottom and melt over high heat.
Peel and saturate onions, garlic, peppers. When the fat melts, fry the onion in it for 5 minutes. Then add the garlic, peppers and fry for another 5 minutes.
It's time to increase the heat to maximum and add the minced lamb to the dish. Sprinkle with cumin seeds and fry until it changes color, breaking the lumps.

Drain the water from the prepared celery and dry the root over low heat, then mash.
Beat the egg with the cream and a little salt, pour the mixture into the puree together with the semolina, sprinkle with black pepper and mix thoroughly.
Spread the minced meat on this base and bake the dish in the preheated oven until a yellow crust forms (this takes about half an hour).
Serve the casserole hot.
