Required products :
70 grams of sea buckthorn puree
30 grams of quince jam
20 milliliters of pear syrup
30 grams of passion fruit puree
6 grams of Ceylon tea
350 milliliters of water
Method of preparation :
To make a sea buckthorn puree, mash the fruit together with sugar to taste, then pass the combination through a sieve.
Put it in a suitable container and add the quince jam, pear syrup, passion fruit puree, tea and pour all the water.
Put the mixture on the stove and bring to a boil. Then remove from the heat, strain into a kettle.
