How To Cook Chabata Sandwich With Mozzarella, Arugula And Salami - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 1 cup fresh arugula
  • 1/2 small head of fennel, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons of vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 ciabread bread
  • 2 tablespoons pesto of your choice
  • 100 grams of finely chopped sausage salami
  • 100 grams of finely chopped mozzarella
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • salt and pepper

 

Method of preparation:

 

Make chabata bread or buy it. Cut it lengthwise into two parts. Coat the first side with pesto, add arugula flavored with olive oil and vinegar and season with salt and pepper.

 

Put fennel, salami, mozzarella and tomato on the other half. Combine the two halves and cut in half. Serve, garnished with a sauce of your choice and eat.
