Required products :
1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar
juice of 1 lemon
peel of 1/2 lemon
1/4 bottle of champagne
2 egg whites
1-2 teaspoons powdered sugar for whipping egg whites
1 teaspoon whipped cream
Method of preparation :
Dissolve powdered sugar in 1 teaspoon of hot water. When the sweet liquid has cooled, pour the lemon juice into it and add the grated rind of half the citrus. Put in the freezer. When the combination starts to freeze, take it out and pour the champagne. Then add the beaten egg whites with 1-2 teaspoons of powdered sugar (beat on snow).
Distribute the ice cream in chilled bowls or other suitable forms, decorate with whipped cream and enjoy the dessert.
