Required products :

7 grams dry yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
500 grams flour
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
5 tablespoons grated Parmesan
1 tablespoon topped with blue cheese
3 teaspoons Italian spices
3 teaspoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons garlic cloves )
1 egg

For the stuffing:

50 grams grated parmesan
1 teaspoon ground hot pepper (chili)
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian spices

Method of preparation :

Dissolve the yeast and sugar in 280 milliliters of warm water. Add 75 grams of flour, stir and let the mixture stand for 10 minutes. Then pour olive oil, stir and gradually add the remaining flour, salt, cheese, spices, garlic powder and chopped pepper.

Knead the resulting mixture on an oiled surface for 5-8 minutes. Then put in a bowl, which you also greased with oil, and close with a lid. Leave the dough for 30 minutes.

Turn on the oven to preheat to 190 degrees and prepare 2 pans, the bottoms of which grease and sprinkle with flour.

Start making the filling.

Put the grated Parmesan in a small bowl and add all the spices. Stir thoroughly.

Return to the dough. Roll out a thin layer 28 cm wide. Coat its surface with beaten egg yolk, spread the filling and press it lightly to the base to stick. Using a sharp or pizza knife, cut the dough into strips, then quickly and carefully roll each into a spiral or shape into sticks.
Make about 12-15 bites. Bake them in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Enjoy your meal!
