Required products :
3-4 small zucchini
200 grams of cheese
6 tablespoons vegetable oil
5 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons yogurt
100 grams of walnuts
salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Peel a squash, grate it and pour hot salted water over it. Leave for about 5 minutes, then take them out and cut into cubes. Peel and mash the garlic, grate the cheese on a large grater. Mix all products, mix thoroughly and season with oil (olive oil) and yogurt. Sprinkle the pate with crushed (or ground) walnuts, add salt to taste and stir.
