Necessary products:

 

  • 1 teaspoon crushed blue cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 250 grams of cream cheese
  • 100 grams of shredded soft cheese
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped dates
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped green onions
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 150 grams of crushed walnuts
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tea cup finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • olive oil

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a bowl, place the walnuts, garlic powder, parsley and some green onions. In another bowl, place the blue cheese and the remaining cheeses. Add the butter, dates and remaining onions.

Season the mixture with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Stir and cool for half an hour. Grease your hands and form balls. Carefully roll them in the walnut mixture and arrange on a plate.

Garnish with crackers and serve.
