How To Cook Cheese Bites With Cottage Cheese, Green Onions And Milk Sauce - Recipe

Required products :

  • 180 grams of cottage cheese
  • 140 grams of yellow cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2-3 tablespoons flour + more for breading
  • 1/2 bunch green onions

For the sauce:

  • 200 grams of melted cheese (best with red pepper)
  • 100 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream with fat of your choice

Method of preparation :

Grate the yellow cheese, mix it with the curd, add the chopped green onions (you can replace it with dill or parsley), and if desired, add garlic. In this combination, beat the egg and mash with a fork until it is absorbed by the other products and the mixture becomes homogeneous.

Start adding the flour gradually, kneading the dough. It will stick a little on the hands.
