Necessary products:
200 grams of cottage cheese
120 grams of cheese
2 eggs
2 cloves garlic (or to taste)
10 - 12 cherry tomatoes
parsley to taste
green onions if desired
Method of preparation:
Mash the cheese with a fork.
Add the cottage cheese to it, then the eggs,
crushed garlic,
chopped parsley and / or green onions.
Add salt if necessary, but remember that the cheese is salty. Mix everything well,
pour the mixture into a suitable form and arrange the tomatoes, cut in halves, on the surface. Press them lightly to "sink" a little into the base.
Put the dish in the oven preheated to 180 degrees and let it bake for 20-25 minutes until a beautiful crust forms.
