Required products :

2 slices of rye bread
100 grams of cheese
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley (or dill)
100 grams of butter
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation :
Mix in a suitable bowl the softened butter, mashed cheese, crushed garlic cloves, finely chopped parsley, salt (if the cheese is not salty) and ground black pepper to taste.


Mix everything thoroughly or beat and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Cut the crusts into slices of bread.


Grate the soft part and dry.


Remove the aromatic mixture from the refrigerator and form small balls from it, which you roll in the crumbs and sift again in the refrigerator.

 

20 minutes later the appetizer is ready to serve.
