How To Cook Cheese Dough Profiteroles With Cream Cheese, Cream And Dill - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Profiteroles from yellow cheese dough with cream cheese, cream and dill". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 1/2 teaspoon oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 grams of planed yellow cheese
  • 200 grams of melted cheese, cream cheese or cottage cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons cream (sour)
  • dill
  • favorite addition to the filling (sausage, red caviar, pickles ...) optional

 

Method of preparation :

Pour the oil into the water, add salt and place on the stove. Once the liquid boils, add the flour, stirring constantly. Allow the mixture to cool.

Then beat the eggs in it (one by one) and add the yellow cheese (grated before).

Fill a pastry syringe with the dough and form profiteroles in a pan. Bake them in the oven at 200 degrees for about half an hour.

During this time, make the filling (it can be any). Mix the cream cheese with the dill and cream. Add salt and garlic and an additive of your choice.

Fill ready-made profiteroles with this mixture and enjoy!
