Required products :

300 milliliters of fresh milk
50 grams of butter
1 egg
150 grams of flour
120 grams of grated yellow cheese + 50 grams of sprinkling
600 milliliters of tomato sauce
salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Heat the milk, dissolve the butter in it, add salt to taste and add the flour. Make steamed dough, wait for it to cool and mix with the egg and grated yellow cheese. A sticky mixture will be obtained. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour.

If you do not have a ready tomato sauce, you can make your own by frying onions and adding grated tomatoes, tomato paste and water.

When you take the dough out of the fridge, shape it into a sausage with a diameter of about 2-3 centimeters and cut into several pieces every 10 centimeters long.
