Necessary products:

150 grams of Gruyere cheese

100 grams of emmental

1 liter of dry white wine

20 ml cherry infusion

1 tsp potato starch

1 clove garlic

nutmeg

Method of preparation:

Peel the garlic and rub it on the walls of the fondue. Dissolve the starch in 2 tablespoons of wine. Grate the cheeses and put them in the bowl. Pour the wine. Put everything on the stove and let the mixture boil. Add spices and other products. Place the pan on the burner.
