If the cheese is very salty, soak it in water beforehand. Cut tiles 6 - 8 mm thick, beat the eggs. Dry the cheese, dip the pieces in the eggs, then roll them in the crushed breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil on both sides until golden brown.
Consume immediately after cooking.
Serve the appetizer with tomato rings sprinkled with your favorite spices. You can also use ground walnuts.
