How To Cook Cheese Meatballs With Corn, Yellow Cheese And Potatoes - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 300 grams of canned corn
  • 125 grams of cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh coriander
  • 2 tablespoons corn flour
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • oregano, basil and savory to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons breadcrumbs
  • frying fat
  • 50 grams of grated yellow cheese

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the corn in a blender, add the corn flour and beat until smooth.

 

Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the cream cheese, mashed potatoes, milk, chopped coriander, flour, oregano, basil and savory.

 

Add salt and pepper to taste and pour the breadcrumbs.

 

Stir and form balls.
