Required products :
6 eggs
360 grams of yellow cheese
250 grams of mayonnaise
300 grams of mushrooms
400 grams of chicken fillet (or use meat of your choice)
1 onion
1 carrot
salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Peel onions and carrots, stew them briefly, then add the mushrooms and let the products remain on the stove until ready.
Cut the fillet into pieces, fry it until semi-finished, then grind. Then add 1 egg to it and season with salt and pepper to taste. Knead the minced meat well.
Make the base for the roll by mixing the mayonnaise with the grated yellow cheese and the other 5 eggs. You will get a liquid dough that you spread evenly on the bottom of a tray that you have previously covered with parchment.
Bake the marshmallows for 20-30 minutes in the oven and then wait for it to cool a bit.
Then apply the filling on the surface and roll. Bake in the oven until golden (20-30 minutes are enough).
