Required products :

  • 1 cup grated yellow cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 200 grams of mayonnaise
  • minced fish or chicken to taste (maybe another, but these are preferable)
  • 1 onion
  • chopped green spices of your choice

Method of preparation :

Make a dough from the grated yellow cheese, eggs and mayonnaise. Pour it into a pan, the bottom of which you have covered with baking paper and greased.

Finely chop the onion and green spices and mix them with the minced meat.

Bake the base in a preheated 200 degree oven until done. Then spread the minced meat on the surface, roll up and put in the oven for another 15-20 minutes.

Wait for the roll to cool, cut into pieces and serve.
