Required products :
100 grams of melted cheese
100 grams of yellow cheese
100 milliliters of milk
1 tablespoon flour
1 onion
4 tablespoons vegetable oil or butter
salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Melt the butter in a pan, add the flour and pour the milk. When the mixture boils, pour in the melted cheese and yellow cheese, which you have previously cut into straws.
Add salt to taste and leave the sauce on the stove until the cheeses are completely melted. Then add the finely chopped onion and let everything boil for 5 minutes on low heat.
The finished sauce is delicious both hot and cold.
If you do not like onions, use a smaller amount.
