Learn how to cook "Cheese sauce with garlic and green spices". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
100-150 grams of soft cheese of your choice (you can use fresh, unripe)
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
3-5 sprigs of fresh green spices of your choice (dill, parsley, tarragon, green onions, basil)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic
5 tablespoons water
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Finely chop the green spices (leaves only, no stalks) and garlic.
Mash the cheese with a fork together with the vinegar until a smooth mass is obtained. Add green spices, garlic and olive oil to it. Pour the water and season with salt and pepper.
Adjust the thickness of the sauce with the amount of water used.
Transfer the sauce to a clean container and store in the refrigerator, where it can be stored for up to 4 days.
