How To Cook Cheese Sauce With Garlic, Parsley And Dill - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Cheese sauce with garlic, parsley and dill". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

150 grams of yellow cheese or other type of cheese (hard or soft, maybe melted), whatever you prefer (it is important not to cut or melt during the heat treatment)
dill, parsley and rosemary - to taste
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon olive oil
black and red pepper to taste
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon fresh milk

Method of preparation :

Grate the yellow cheese or grind the selected main product with a blender. Add red and black pepper to taste, chopped fresh dill and parsley as desired. Add rosemary, which you first crush to make a powder.

Of course, you can use other spices that you prefer, but our advice is not to have basil among them, as its combination with different cheeses could be unsuccessful.

Add one or more cloves of finely chopped garlic.

Then pour a teaspoon of milk and the same amount of butter. Mix the ingredients and heat the combination. It should melt (stir constantly).

Add a teaspoon of olive oil to the sauce prepared in this way and then remove from the heat.

Stir once more and serve.

Enjoy your meal!
