How To Cook Cheese Terrine With Green Onions And Olives - Recipe

Required products :

250 grams of cream cheese

125 grams of crushed cheddar cheese

1/2 cup chopped green pitted olives

1/2 cup roasted chopped red peppers

2 tablespoons chopped green onions

1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Mix the cheese in a bowl, add the olives, peppers, green onions and spices. Mix everything well.

Spread the resulting mixture on a sheet of plastic wrap and roll, forming a roll. Freeze for at least two hours until the appetizer has hardened enough to be easily cut into pieces with a knife.

Remove from the freezer, cut with a serrated knife and you can serve the cheese with crackers, rusks or as a supplement to vegetables.
