How To Cook Cheese With Melted Cheese, Garlic And Sesame - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Yellow cheese with melted cheese, garlic and sesame". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 150 grams of yellow cheese
  • 150 grams of soft melted cheese
  • 1 egg white and 2 egg yolks
  • about 1 teaspoon of wheat flour
  • lemon pepper, salt and garlic to taste
  • sesame seeds optional for sprinkling

 

Method of preparation :

Grate the yellow cheese and add 1 egg (yolk + egg white), spices and flour. Knead the dough and store in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

After removing it, roll it out thinly and cut circles with a glass.

In the center of each put a little of the melted cheese and close the filling with the dough. You can shape as packets, bags, roses or as you see fit.

Arrange in a tray, leaving more space between them. Spread the surface with the second yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired. Bake the cheeses at a medium temperature for about half an hour.
