Required products :

100 grams of yellow cheese
50 grams of butter
100 grams of mozzarella
50 milliliters of olive oil
1 teaspoon of boiling water
2 teaspoons of sugar
2 teaspoons of garlic powder
3 teaspoons of flour
11 grams (1 packet) dry yeast

Method of preparation :

Mix the yeast and sugar in a suitable container, fill them with boiling water and leave until the mixture increases in volume and begins to "bubble".

When this happens, add the butter, olive oil, garlic powder, mozzarella and flour. Knead a homogeneous dough, which should stand for two hours in a warm place. Once it rises, knead once more and let it rise again.

Then divide it into equal parts, shape into balls, arrange in a pan, the bottom of which you have covered with baking paper and leave for a few hours, the dough should rise again.

Sprinkle the cakes with grated yellow cheese and bake in a preheated oven (180 degrees) for about 25-30 minutes.
At 200 degrees for 15 minutes they swell and redden, so be careful not to burn.

Enjoy your meal!
