Necessary products:
200 g of yellow cheese
4 sausages
1 egg
150 g cornflakes (not sweet)
2 tsp wheat flour
1 sec. l. sour cream
garlic if desired
1 egg and 2 tsp flour for breading
Method of preparation:
Cut the sausages as you prefer, grate the yellow cheese and mix them with the egg, flour and cream. If you are going to use garlic, now is the time to add it. Stir the mixture thoroughly.
Crush the cornflakes well and start shaping the breakfast.
Take three bowls: in one beat the egg, in the other - pour the flour, in the third - the crushed cornflakes. Make "meatballs" from the yellow cheese mixture, roll them first in the flour, then dip in the egg and finally in the cornflakes. Fry on both sides until crispy.
