Required products :

  • 350 grams of chicken
  • 5-6 sprigs of parsley
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/5 teaspoon spices for meat
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 3 burgers
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise and ketchup
  • 1 cucumber
  • 70 grams of yellow cheese

 

Required products :

Grind the chicken with a meat grinder, season.

Saturate the parsley, peel and chop the garlic cloves, add the two products to the minced meat and knead.

Heat the oil in a pan. Using a cooking ring, form three meatballs and carefully place them in the bowl with the fat. Fry on low heat for 5 minutes, then turn on the other side for another 3-4 minutes.

Cut the loaves horizontally into two parts.

Mix the ketchup and mayonnaise in the saucepan, add the finely chopped onion, stir and the burger topping is ready.

Spread it on the two halves of each loaf, on the bottom three pieces put a chicken meatball, 3-4 thin circles of cucumber and a slice of cheese.

Close the filling with the other halves of the bread and you can enjoy the cheeseburgers.
