Required products :

  • 1/2 teaspoon unsalted butter, softened
  • 115 grams of cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon graham crackers, consumed

Method of preparation :

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and cover the bottom of a large baking tray with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, beat the butter, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract with a mixer for about 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  • Add the flour, salt and 1/4 tea cup of the crushed crackers. Stir with a wooden spoon just enough to mix without overdoing it.
  • Pour the remaining crackers into a small bowl.
  • Use a spoon to form cookies of the same size and roll each one in the cracker crumbs, making sure they are completely covered.
  • Arrange them in the pan and bake for about 12-15 minutes until golden brown. If you want them to be thinner, gently press them down while they are warm.
  • Leave the cheesecake cookies in the pan for about 3 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
