How To Cook Cheesecake In Cups With Pumpkin Cream, Honey And Cinnamon - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 300 grams of biscuits
  • 100 grams of melted butter
  • 200 grams of boiled pumpkin
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 125 grams of mascarpone
  • 200 grams of cream cheese without salt
  • 2 tablespoons condensed milk
  • cinnamon to taste

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put and grind the biscuits in a blender.

 

Combine them with the melted butter, stir and distribute the crumbly mixture into cups.

 

In another bowl, place the pumpkin, add the honey, mascarpone, cream cheese and condensed milk. Strain the mixture until smooth, fill a syringe and cool.

 

After 30 minutes, distribute the cream in the cups and season with cinnamon to taste. Serve and enjoy the taste.
