Necessary products

About the base:

200 grams of butter dough biscuits

110 grams of butter

For the filling:

600 grams of Philadelphia cheese

3 eggs

150 ml whole cream

150 grams of powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla essence

Method of preparation:

All products must be at room temperature.

Crush the biscuits, add the melted butter and stir. Spread on the bottom and walls of the dish, place in a preheated 160 degree oven for 10 minutes. Remove and cool. Then beat the cheese together with the powdered sugar with the help of a wire whisk until smooth. Gradually add the eggs, cream and essence. Do not beat the mixture too much, because if it fills with air bubbles, it is possible that the cheesecake will swell and crack during baking.

Pour the resulting mixture into the form with the base and wrap with two layers of foil. Then put the bowl in another wider and pour water to the middle of the one with the mixture. Place in a preheated 160 degree oven and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes. When the time is up, turn off the oven, open it and leave it for another hour. Then take out the cheesecake and put it in the fridge for 4 hours (preferably for 1 night).
