Learn how to cook "Cheesecake with biscuits and vanilla pudding". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 400 grams of glued biscuits
  • 4 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon cold milk
  • 1 cube cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cream

Method of preparation :

Grind the biscuits finely, except for 3-4 pieces. Add the melted butter to the minced meat and stir. Pour into a square pan and press the marshmallows to the bottom.

Dissolve the pudding in the milk and stir to obtain the desired consistency of cream. Refrigerate (if the cream is made with warm milk, follow the instructions on the package and cool completely before continuing) for 10 minutes to set.

Using a mixer, beat the cream cheese and sugar to obtain a smooth cream without lumps. In another bowl, beat the cream until soft peaks and mix with the cream cheese.

Combine the cream mixture with the vanilla pudding and pour over the marsh.

Grind the remaining biscuits and sprinkle with cream.

Refrigerate for 3 hours, preferably overnight.
