How To Cook Cheesecake With Fresh Milk, Butter And Eggs - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Cheesecake with fresh milk, butter and eggs". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 packet of dry yeast (11 grams)
  • 6 teaspoons sugar
  • 3-4 tablespoons of water
  • 500 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 100 grams of butter
  • pinch of salt
  • flour (as much as it takes)

For the stuffing:

  • 200 grams of yellow cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 60 grams of butter
  • spices of your choice

Method of preparation :

Mix the yeast with 2 tablespoons of sugar, pour the water and leave the mixture in a warm place for 15 minutes. Then add the warm milk, remaining sugar, salt to taste, melted butter (intended for the dough) and finally flour as needed to get a soft elastic dough.

Leave it for half an hour in the heat to rise, and in the meantime prepare the filling.

Beat the eggs with the grated yellow cheese, add the butter (pre-melted) and your favorite spices. Stir and the mixture is ready.

When the dough rises, divide it into small balls (equal in size), knead each and put a little of the filling in the middle. Close it with the dough and arrange the loaves in a tray (or use a detachable form) close together.

You can smear the surface with ketchup and sprinkle with your favorite spices.

Put the bread in a preheated oven for about 20-30 minutes. Ten minutes before it is completely ready, sprinkle with yellow cheese and return to the oven so that it can melt and toast.

Have a good time!
