Required products :

350 grams of flour
250 milliliters of warm water
2/3 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt for the dough and 1/3 teaspoon for the filling
1.5 teaspoons dry yeast
8 tablespoons melted
garlic oil to taste (you can use powdered or crushed fresh cloves)
grated yellow cheese to taste

Method of preparation :

Knead the dough from the yeast and sugar dissolved in warm water, add the flour and leave in a warm place to rise. When this happens, knead once more, let it rise again, knead lightly and finally. You can use a bakery, turning on the "Dough" mode for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Divide it into small balls approximately the same size (the size of a walnut).

Make the oil mixture by adding dry or crushed garlic to the melted butter, add salt to taste.

Dip each ball of dough into the aromatic fat and arrange in a cake pan (one layer).

Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese. The quantity is according to your preferences.

Followed by a second row of dough, again yellow cheese and leave in a warm dish to rise the dough.

Once the balls increase in volume, bake the bread in the oven at 180 degrees until ready (about 30-35 minutes, the exact time depends on the oven itself). 15 minutes after the start of baking, you can cover the dish with foil so as not to burn the surface.

At the end of cooking, remove the coating so that a golden crust can form.

Enjoy your meal!
