Required products :

50 grams butter
300 grams shortbread cookies
50 grams powdered sugar
400 grams cottage cheese
3 eggs
50 grams walnuts
40 grams vanilla pudding powder
250 grams sour cream
300 grams halva

 

Method of preparation :

Grind the walnuts and biscuits together.

 

Add 1 egg and melted butter, mix everything thoroughly until a homogeneous combination.

 

Cover the bottom and walls of a detachable form with a diameter of 16 cm with parchment and "glue" the biscuit dough on them.

 

Make the filling by mixing the curd with the other 2 eggs, the crushed or ground halva, the powdered sugar, the vanilla pudding and the sour cream.
