Necessary products

About the base:

  • 120 grams of flour
  • 30 grams of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa (topped)
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 50 grams of butter

For cream:

  • 600 grams of cottage cheese (preferably homemade)
  • 500 grams of halva (sunflower)
  • 4 eggs
  • 125-150 grams of sugar (the amount depends on how sour the curd is)
  • 125 grams of sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons starch
  • packet of vanilla

For the glaze:

  • 100 grams of chocolate
  • 1/2 tea cup fresh milk and liquid cream with a fat content of 10%

Method of preparation :

Mix the flour with the sugar, baking powder and cocoa. Pour the melted butter over the dry ingredients and knead a soft dough. Spread it on the bottom of a detachable baking dish, which you have previously covered with a sheet of parchment.

Put in the fridge and take care of the filling.

Mix the cottage cheese with the sugar and vanilla (you can use a fork). Then start beating with a mixer, adding the eggs one by one. Then put the sour cream, starch and finally the crushed halva.

Remove the form from the refrigerator and spread an even layer of the sweet mass you made on the dough.

Bake the cheesecake in a water bath in the oven, the temperature should be 170. In about an hour the dessert will be ready.

When completely cooled, then remove from the pan and chop.

It remains to prepare only the glaze. Melt the chocolate together with the cream or milk over low heat. Spread the cake on the sides and top with the delicious coating.

Refrigerate for at least 10 hours before serving.

Enjoy your meal!
