Method of preparation:
Put the crushed biscuits in a blender and grind them. Add the butter, stir and spread the mixture on the bottom and sides of the cake pan, cool. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees, beat the cream until creamy and add the eggs, lemon zest and cream cheese.
Beat again and spread the mixture on the cookie sheet. Bake for an hour and cool. Melt the butter in a saucepan, caramelize the sugar and pour the cream. Stir and add the nuts.
Mix the cornflour with the water and pour in a thin stream. Continue stirring until thickened and spread on cheesecake. Cool the cake, decorate it with strawberries, cut and serve.
