Necessary products:

About the base:

  • 140 grams of flour
  • 100 grams of brown sugar
  • 230 grams of butter (at room temperature)

For the stuffing:

  • 500 grams of cream cheese
  • 100 grams of brown sugar
  • 100 grams of granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 apples
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 60 grams of oatmeal
  • 115 grams of butter (at room temperature)
  • 140 grams of flour
  • 180 grams of liquid caramel

Method of preparation:

Turn the oven to preheat to 175 degrees. Mix the flour with the brown sugar, add the butter mashed with a fork and stir to get "crumbs". Pour the dough into a pan and distribute evenly on its bottom, pressing and forming a flat surface. Place in the oven for 15 minutes.

Stuffing: Beat the cream cheese with the sugar (crystal), add the eggs one by one, add the vanilla and mix until smooth. Then pour it over the dough in the pan.

Wash the apples, clean, peel and cut into small pieces. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, stir. Then arrange them on top of the cream cheese mixture.

Separately mix the flour with the oats, add 100 grams of brown sugar. Cut the butter into cubes and put it in the dry mixture, which you spread on the apples in the pan.

Bake for 30 minutes at 175 degrees, then reduce the oven to 150 degrees and leave the cheesecake in it for another 5 minutes.

Remove, cut into pieces, pour with caramel and serve.

Enjoy!
