How To Cook Cheesecake With Orange Flavor In The Microwave - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Cheesecake with orange flavor in the microwave". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

1/2 cup ground biscuits (about 50 grams)

2 tablespoons melted butter

120 grams of cream cheese

120 grams of sour cream

1 egg

60 grams of powdered sugar

2 tablespoons orange juice

Method of preparation :

Mix the crushed biscuits with the butter. Distribute the resulting mixture in suitable molds, pressing the layer to the bottom - this is the base of the cheesecake.

Beat the cream cheese together with the cream on low speed for a few seconds, the mixture should become homogeneous. It does not take a long time to break in order to avoid bubbles.

Then add the powdered sugar and the egg, beat again until smooth, pour the orange juice and mix thoroughly.

Spread the mixture in the molds on the biscuit layer and place them in the microwave for 2 minutes at 700 watts. When the cupcakes start to swell slightly in the middle like a bubble, take them out.

The finished dessert will vibrate in the middle, but will harden after cooling.

Allow to cool first to room temperature and refrigerate for 1.5 - 2 hours.

Decorate as desired - you can use cocoa powder, your favorite fruits, chocolate and more.

Enjoy your meal!
