Necessary products:

250 grams of biscuits

75 grams of butter

500 g of cottage cheese without lumps

200 ml cream with 33% fat

3 tablespoons orange liqueur

2 oranges

80 grams of dried cranberries

2 sec. l. powder zakhar

For the top layer:

600 g small tangerines

1.5 sec. l. butter

2 tablespoons sugar

150 ml of orange juice

3 tablespoons cognac

Method of preparation:

Grind the biscuits with a blender to make fine crumbs. Melt the butter in the microwave and mix it with them. Then take a form with a diameter of about 20 cm and pour the mixture into it, press it to the bottom and put in the refrigerator.

Start making the filling. Wash the oranges, blueberries and dry them. Grate the peel of the oranges, drain the juice. Take a large bowl and mix the cottage cheese with the liqueur, cream, powdered sugar, half of the orange peel and half of the blueberries. Beat the mixture with a mixer until smooth. Put a strip of baking paper on the edges of the form in which you poured the biscuits (its width should be slightly more than the height of the dish). Spread the filling evenly over the biscuit mixture and level the surface. Leave in the refrigerator for an hour.

Peel a tangerine, melt 1.5 tbsp butter, add 2 tbsp sugar and stir constantly until the sugar is completely melted. Add the orange juice, cognac, bring to a boil and leave on the stove for 3 minutes to thicken without reducing the heat. Put the tangerines in the resulting syrup and let them cook for 4 minutes, turning them often and pouring the liquid over them. Then remove the fruit from the plate with a slotted spoon and allow to cool slightly without pouring the syrup.

Garnish the cheesecake with whole tangerines, sprinkle with the remaining cranberries and orange peel.

Enjoy!
