Required products :

  • 140 grams of biscuits
  • 150 grams of cream cheese
  • 130 grams of yogurt or yogurt
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 grams of sugar
  • 10 grams of cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • about 100 grams of honey for glaze

 

Method of preparation :

Put the biscuits in a thick plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin. Pour them into a bowl and add the pre-melted butter. Stir thoroughly.

Spread the finished base on the bottom of a suitable container and store in the refrigerator to harden the mixture.

The cream cheese should soften at room temperature and then add the sugar, yoghurt / yoghurt and mix well.

Finally, add the starch, pour the lemon juice and mix everything thoroughly.
